End-User License Agreement
Last Updated: February 21, 2026
This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and BlueBillings Software for the BlueBillings Pro software product.
1. Grant of License
Subject to your payment of the applicable subscription fees, BlueBillings Software grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Software strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
2. Hardware Locking and Device Transfers
Licenses for BlueBillings Pro are tied to the specific physical hardware (Device ID) on which the Software is initially activated.
- Single Device: One license key is valid for one physical computer.
- Transfers: You may request a license transfer to a new machine through our support channels. BlueBillings reserves the right to limit the number of transfers to prevent abuse.
3. License Restrictions
You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:
- License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose, or otherwise commercially exploit the Software.
- Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the Software.
- Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice (including any notice of copyright or trademark) of BlueBillings Software.
- Attempt to bypass, disable, or defeat the licensing and hardware-locking mechanisms embedded within the Software.
4. Term and Termination
This Agreement shall remain in effect until your subscription expires or is terminated by you or BlueBillings Software. BlueBillings Software may, in its sole discretion, at any time and for any or no reason, suspend or terminate this Agreement with or without prior notice if you fail to comply with any provision of this EULA.
