1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website and purchasing or using BlueBillings Pro ("Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Software.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

BlueBillings Pro is offered on a subscription basis (e.g., Core or Premium editions). You will be billed in advance on a recurring, periodic basis (such as annually). Your subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or we cancel it.

3. Software Updates and Support

Premium Edition subscribers are entitled to priority support and automated background backup functionality. Core Edition subscribers receive limited support. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Software at any time.

4. Limitation of Liability

BlueBillings Pro is a billing and inventory management tool. In no event shall BlueBillings Software, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Software. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of tax calculations (such as GST) generated by the software.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the applicable courts of India.
